As many of you may know we recently introduced new treatment – KCR, which stands for “Kinetic Chain Release“.
.
What is KCR?
.
Kinetic Chain Release is a fairly new treatment protocol developed by Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, who has spent 36 years refining the therapy. KCR is now medically recognised and approved worldwide. It’s gentle, non-invasive, safe and can benefit anyone regardless of the age, in particular athletes, that can significantly improve their performance. The purpose of this treatment is bringing the body back into a correct balance.
.
Kinetic Chain Release is a simple and effective procedure related to any part of our body that allows us to move. Despite its simplicity, KCR is a revolutionary therapy that is deeply changing physical rehabilitation globally. It aims to alleviate physical issues such as weak anklesknee problemship and joint painpelvic discomfort and back and shoulder pain by quickly bringing the physical body back into balance and health, often providing an immediate sense of relief.
