Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the NHS’ number one therapy for treating anxiety and depression. Coaching with CBT at The Retreat is an informal style of talk therapy which can help with more serious issues such as trauma, grief, and abuse that has resulted in anxiety, stress and/or depression. Coaching with CBT can also be effective at helping to reduce stress related symptoms associated with chronic illnesses.
Discovery Session (40 mins) – £25
LifeHeal Coaching incorporates coaching and cognitive behavioural techniques to effect change in your life. It is effective with conditions such as anxiety, mild depression, stress related conditions, to help tackle relationship issues, or for aspirational purposes such as career goals or creating positive change in your life. Erica’s informal style creates a safe and calm environment to explore what may be holding you back.
Coaching with CBT & Reiki - 75 mins (£65)
Coaching & CBT with Reiki takes place in one of our treatment rooms and combines the relaxing and restorative effects of reiki with the powerful results of CBT. This treatment is ideal for addressing issues that are difficult to talk about. This treatment course is advised upon following a Discovery Session.
